Announcing dollar matching program for donations to the Jamie Bell Adventure Playground re-build project

During the period May 17th – June 30th, 2012, donations to the Jamie Bell Adventure Playground Re-Build Project will be matched dollar for dollar up to $30,000 by the Sprott Foundation. 100% of donations received will be directed towards the Jamie Bell Adventure Playground Re-Build Project.

Donations of $10 or more are eligible for tax receipts which will be mailed to the address provided on this form by the Toronto Trees and Parks Foundation, our fund raising partner by early January in the year following the donation.
